Each iTeleCenter extension has the ability to make outbound calls. Using your Toll-Free number and PIN; you are able to make outgoing calls from any phone, anywhere in the country. This feature is great for salespeople and/or during emergency situations.

This is also a valuable privacy feature when you want outgoing calls to customers to appear as coming from your iTeleCenter number.

You simply dial your personal iTeleCenter number and follow the prompts to make a call.
