Q: Will my credit card be charged during the free trial?

No, You will not be charged during the 14-day free trial. You will only be charged if you decide to keep the service after the 14 day trial expires.

Q: What is included in the free trial?

You will receive 60 free minutes to use as you wish during the 14-day free trial regardless of the service plan you select. Without penalty, you may cancel at any time during your free trial by simply contacting customer support. If you choose to continue your service, you will be automatically upgraded on the 8th day, and you'll receive the full amount of included monthly minutes for the plan you have chosen. If you run out of free minutes during your trial, you will be billed for any minutes beyond the 60 at the per minute rate of your chosen plan.

Q: Does iTeleCenter require a contract?

No, iTeleCenter is available on a month-to-month basis and does not require any long term contract.

Q: Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, iTeleCenter comes with a full 30-day money-back guarantee and there are no cancellation fees.

Phone Numbers:

Q: Can I transfer an existing toll free number to iTeleCenter?

Yes. There is a one time $25 fee to transfer a toll free number to our system.

First select the plan you want. Then select ‘Transfer a Toll Free Number to our system ’ on the Choose Number page. Enter the 10 digit toll free number you want to transfer and continue to complete the signup process.

Once you have completed your signup we will send a form with instructions to the email address you provided during signup. Complete the form and fax it to (877) 212-1460.

You can begin setting up your iTeleCenter number online before the transfer is completed. Please note that it can take up to three weeks to complete the transfer. We will inform you once the number is active on our system.

Q: Can I transfer my existing local number to iTeleCenter?

While we cannot currently transfer your existing local number, you can have your local phone company forward your existing local number to your iTeleCenter number. Be sure to specify they setup "forward and release" call forwarding.

Q: Can I transfer my iTeleCenter number to another carrier?

You are able to transfer your toll free number to any carrier you wish if your account is in good standing. Please be sure not to cancel your account until you have confirmation from your new carrier that the transfer is complete.

Service:

Q: How long does it take to activate my service?

Your account will be activated immediately after signing up. Please note that if you are transferring your toll free number to us it can take anywhere between 15 to 20 business days and custom vanity toll free numbers take 10 to 12 business days to activate. You should always verify that your iTeleCenter number is activated before advertising it.

Q: Does iTeleCenter work for clients in Canada?

Yes, iTeleCenter works in Canada as well as all of North America.

Q: Do I need to change my local or long distance carrier?

iTeleCenter's Virtual Phone System does not require that you change any of your existing carriers. Only calls that are handled by iTeleCenter are billed to your account. Your local and long distance carriers will continue to bill you for any service that they provide to you.

Q: Do I need to set up a special phone line or equipment in my office or home to use iTeleCenter?

No, Your iTeleCenter service is hosted on our network and works for you 24/7 without the installation of additional lines or disruption to your existing phone service. When a call is placed to your iTeleCenter number, our system answers the call and plays your main greeting. Based on your configuration, callers will be prompted accordingly as to how to move through your system. Callers can be connected to you directly at any phone/location according to your schedule and settings. If callers elect to leave you a voicemail or fax, we store the message in your secure Inbox and you can retrieve the messages via e-mail, phone or online at your convenience. Enabling Message Notification will notify you when you receive new voicemail messages or faxes by phone, e-mail or text message.

Q: I have a VOIP phone line, is iTeleCenter compatible with VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol)?

Yes, iTeleCenter works with a VOIP line in the same manner as a traditional phone line or cell phone. It sees a VOIP number as just another phone number.

Q: How many calls can iTeleCenter handle?

iTeleCenter is designed to handle all your incoming calls so that none of your callers will get a busy signal.

Q: How do I distinguish a call as coming from my iTeleCenter number and not a personal call?

When a call comes in from your iTeleCenter number, you will see your iTeleCenter number on the caller-id. You can also change the setting of any extension to show the Caller ID of the caller. Your phone will ring the same as other calls but by using the Call Announce feature, iTeleCenter will provide you the caller's name and number and prompt you to take the call or send the caller to voicemail. This will allow you to distinguish between a business and a personal call.

Q: How many extensions can I have?

iTeleCenter comes with 10 extensions and you can add more for $10 per set of 5 extensions.

Q: How many messages can be stored and for how long?

There is no limit to the number of voicemail messages or faxes that can be stored in your account. Messages are saved for 60 days. You can save your messages to your hard drive if you would like to keep them for a longer time period.

Q: How long can my greeting be?

The greeting on your main number and your extensions can be up to 10 minutes long. For an extra charge of $30 you can get an extended greeting of up to 1 hour in length.

Q: How long of a voicemail message can a caller leave me?

Callers can leave you up to a 5 minute message. This length can be customized if you require.
